Due to its relatively thick consistency, PASTEL GEL POLISH can be used not only as a standalone coating but also for designs. Prepare the nail plate for gel polish application: perform a manicure, shape the free edge of the nail. If using a remover, wipe off the residue with a damp cloth. 1. Degreasing: degrease the nail plate both mechanically (using a buffer) and chemically (using PREPFINISH and a lint–free cloth. 2. Dehydration: apply NAIL FRESHER to the entire nail and let it air dry until a whitish tint appears on the nail surface. 3. Bonding: using a semi–dry brush, apply the acid–free primer ULTRABOND to the entire nail, staying 1mm away from the cuticle and sidewalls. Let it air dry for 15 seconds. 4. Base coat: apply a medium layer of base coat. Polymerize the base coat in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. For leveling the nail plate, we recommend using only bases with a low acidity level. 5. Color: apply PASTEL GEL POLISH in 1–2 layers, avoiding heavy pressure on the brush. Polymerize in a UV lamp for 2 minutes or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. 6. Top coat: secure the coating with a top coat. Polymerize in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in an LED lamp for 1 minute. Let the coating cool completely. For leveling the nail plate with a top coat, we recommend using tops with medium to thick consistency. PRO tips: For a more uniform pastel shade, it can be applied over a camouflage or colored base in a matching tone, or the color can be adjusted on top using a camouflage top. When applying pastel color, keep the brush parallel to the nail plate and work on the surface while avoiding pressure on the brush.
