Due to its sufficiently thick consistency, PASTEL GEL POLISH can be used not only as a standalone finish but also for design purposes. Prepare the nail plate for gel polish application: perform a manicure, shape the free edge of the nail. When using remover, wipe off residues with a damp cloth. 1. Degreasing: mechanically (with a buffer) and chemically (with PREPFINISH and a lint–free cloth) degrease the nail plate. 2. Dehydration: apply NAIL FRESHER to the entire nail, allowing it to dry in the air until a whitish hue appears on the surface. 3. Bonding: with a semi–dry brush, apply acid–free primer ULTRABOND to the entire nail, staying 1mm away from the cuticle and sidewalls. Let it air dry for 15 seconds. 4. Base coat: apply a medium layer of base coat. Cure the base coat in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in a LED lamp for 60 seconds. For leveling the nail plate, we recommend using only low–acidity bases. 5. Color: apply PASTEL GEL POLISH in 1–2 layers, avoiding heavy pressure on the brush. Cure in a UV lamp for 2 minutes or in a LED lamp for 60 seconds. 6. Top coat: secure the finish with a top coat. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in a LED lamp for 1 minute. Allow the finish to cool completely. For leveling the nail plate with the top coat, we recommend using top coats of medium to thick consistency. PRO Tips: – For a more even pastel shade, apply it over a matching camouflage or colored base, or refine the color with a camouflage top coat when using pastel shades. – Keep the brush parallel to the nail plate while applying the pastel color and work across the surface, avoiding pressure on the brush. Strict adherence to the gel polish application technique is the key to long–lasting wear without chips, cracks, or lifting.
