Gel Nail Polish

It provides a neat, even coverage of the nail plate in one or two coats, without flooding the cuticles or producing a strong odor. Due to its thick consistency, the gel polish can be used not only as a standalone color but also for designs. It has an optimal curing speed in UV/LED lamps. Prepare the nail plate for gel polish application: perform a manicure and give the free edge the desired shape. If using a remover, wipe off any residue with a damp wipe. 1. Degreasing: Mechanically (using a buffer) and chemically (with PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe) degrease the nail plate. 2. Dehydration: Apply NAIL FRESHER to the entire nail and allow it to air dry until a whitish hue appears on the surface of the nail. 3. Bonding: Using a semi–dry brush, apply acid–free primer ULTRABOND to the entire nail, staying 1mm away from the cuticle and side walls. Let it air dry for 15 seconds. 4. Base Coat: Apply an even layer of base coat. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes, or in an LED lamp for 60–90 seconds. For leveling the architecture, it is recommended to use only low–acidity bases over the dried undercoat. 5. Color: Apply GEL POLISH in 1–2 thin coats, avoiding excessive pressure on the brush. Cure each coat in a UV lamp for 2 minutes, or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. 6. Top Coat: Seal with a top coat. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes, or in an LED lamp for at least 60 seconds. Allow to cool completely. To level the architecture with the top coat, it is recommended to use top coats of medium and thick consistency. PRO Tip: For maintaining vibrancy, apply a top coat with UV filters over light and bright gel polishes, and use a top coat without UV filters for dark and red colors to prevent color distortion.
