Gel Polish

Gel Polish No. 483 – rich blue. This high–quality, medium–viscosity gel polish features a dense, saturated pigment. It provides a neat and even coverage of the nail plate in one or two coats, without flooding the cuticles or having a strong odor. Thanks to its relatively thick consistency, the gel polish can be used not only as a stand–alone color but also for nail design. It has an optimal curing speed under UV/LED lamps. Prepare the nail plate before applying the gel polish: perform a manicure and shape the free edge of the nail. If using a remover, wipe off any residue with a damp cloth. 1. Degreasing: degrease the nail plate both mechanically (using a buffer) and chemically (with PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe. 2. Dehydration: apply NAIL FRESHER to the entire nail and let it air dry until a whitish tint appears on the surface. 3. Bonding: using a semi–dry brush, apply the acid–free primer ULTRABOND to the entire nail, keeping 1mm away from the cuticle and side walls. Let it air dry for 15 seconds. 4. Base coat: apply a uniform layer of base coat. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in a LED lamp for 60–90 seconds. For architectural leveling, we recommend using low–acidity bases over a dried underlay. 5. Color: apply GEL POLISH in 1–2 thin layers, avoiding excessive pressure on the brush. Cure each layer in a UV lamp for 2 minutes or in a LED lamp for 60 seconds. 6. Top coat: seal the finish with a top coat. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in a LED lamp for at least 60 seconds. Allow the finish to cool completely. For architectural leveling with the top coat, we recommend using mid–viscosity and thick top coats. PRO tip: For bright and pastel gel polishes, use a top coat with UV filters to retain color saturation, while dark and red colors should be topped with a coat without UV filters to prevent color distortion.
