Degreasing: mechanically (using a buff) and chemically (using PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe) degrease the nail plate. 2. Dehydration: apply NAIL FRESHER to the entire nail, allow it to air dry until a whitish tint appears on the surface. 3. Bonding: skip this step if using the adhesive base PRO BASE–BOND. 4. Base layer: apply a uniform base coat of PRO BASE–BOND, carefully encircling the sidewalls and free edge. Cure the base coat in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes, in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. 5. Reinforcement: using a gel brush, apply a thin layer of gel over the entire surface of the nail plate, leaving a 1mm distance from the cuticle. On the uncured gel, apply a second leveling layer, adhering to the main principles of modeling with solid materials. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–4 minutes, in an LED lamp for 90 seconds. Remove any sticky residue with PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe. Use a 150/180 grit file to shape the form step by step. PRO tips: – to facilitate material application, you can use upper forms or gel tips – to prevent lifting from the free edge, we recommend filing the natural nail from the inside by 1–2mm. Extension: prepare/set forms one by one on each finger. Apply a thin base layer of the desired length and shape directly on the lower or upper form, then model the architecture of the nail with gel. To create an arch, you can push the gel at the 7–12 second mark, depending on the type and power of the lamp. Then send the nail into the lamp for full gel polymerization for 60 seconds in an LED lamp or 3–4 minutes in a UV lamp. Remove any sticky residue with PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe. Use a 150/180 grit file to shape the form step by step. PRO tip: apply gel with a minimum 1mm distance from the cuticle to avoid material lifting in this area.
