Prepare the nail plate for gel polish application: perform a manicure and shape the free edge of the nail. If using a remover, wipe any residue with a damp cloth. 1. Degreasing: mechanically (using a buffer) and chemically (with PREPFINISH and a lint–free cloth) degrease the nail plate. 2. Dehydration: apply NAIL FRESHER to the entire nail and let it air dry until a whitish hue appears on the nail surface. 3. Bonding: using a semi–dry brush, apply the acid–free primer ULTRABOND to the entire nail, keeping 1mm away from the cuticle and sidewalls. Allow to air dry for 15 seconds. 4. Base coat: apply the base coat evenly. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in a LED lamp for 60–90 seconds. To align the architecture, only use bases with low acidity on the dried base layer. 5. Color: apply GEL POLISH in 1–2 thin layers, avoiding excessive pressure on the brush. Cure each layer in a UV lamp for 2 minutes or in a LED lamp for 60 seconds. 6. Top coat: seal the finish with a top coat. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in a LED lamp for 60 seconds. Allow the finish to cool completely. For architectural alignment with the top coat, use top coats of medium to thick consistency. PRO Tip: For light and bright gel polishes, cover with a top coat containing UV filters to preserve color saturation, while dark and red shades should be topped with a top coat without UV filters to prevent color distortion.
