Disposable gel–based tips for quick nail extensions – natural short oval gel tips – are a true revolution in nail modeling. This unique product can replace forms, gel, or acrylic–gel for nail technicians, significantly simplifying and shortening the extension process to just 20–30 minutes. FUNKY GEL TIPS are thin yet strong and flexible tips made of modeling gel and plastic. They withstand daily use well, provide good shock absorption, and externally resemble natural nails. Manufactured with a SOAK OFF formula, they can be removed either by soaking with GEL REMOVER or with a milling cutter. The tips are easy to file and can have their length adjusted. They are ideal for situations requiring a natural length. A box contains 10 plates ranging from size 0 to 11, allowing you to choose the best form and size for each nail. Tip sizes: maximum 15–24mm, minimum 6–5. 15mm. Advantages include high speed of extension, with one nail taking just 1–2 minutes, and extended tips can be immediately covered with color. Degrease the nail plate mechanically (using a buffer) and chemically (with PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe. 2. Apply NAIL FRESHER dehydrator to the entire nail and let dry in the air. If the nails do not turn whitish, repeat dehydration. 3. Apply ULTRABOND acid–free primer with a semi–dry brush to the free edge of the nail plate. If using the highly adhesive MULTI BASE, this step can be skipped. 4. Apply MULTI BASE flexible base coat or FUNKY TIPS GLUE GEL to the entire natural nail. Polymerize in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes, or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. 5. Select the necessary FUNKY GEL TIPS size and shape for each nail. 6. Apply MULTI BASE/FUNKY TIPS GLUE GEL to the inside of the tip in the contact area with the natural nail in a thin layer. 7. Press the tip against the nail plate, gradually pushing towards the cuticle, leaving a 1–2mm gap. Cure the nail for a few seconds in the lamp to secure the glue. A mini lamp or flashlight lamp can be used for easier fixation. 8. Fully cure the nails in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes, or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds without pressing. 9. Remove the step at the cuticle area with a milling cutter or file, and secure the edge with base coat. Polymerize the leveling layer in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes, or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. 10. Shape the nail with a file of no more than 180 grit. 11. Apply color coating and secure it with a top coat, or use FUNKY COLOR TOP. We recommend also covering the inside of the free edge of the tip with top coat to avoid cloudiness during wear.
