The gel polish has increased viscosity, preventing it from pooling and emitting a strong odor. The ideal telescopic brush, with the perfect shape, length, and bristle firmness, ensures precise and even coverage of the nail plate in one or two layers. It has an optimal curing speed in UV/LED lamps. Due to its sufficiently thick consistency, PASTEL GEL POLISH can be used not only as a standalone coating but also for designs. Prepare the nail plate for gel polish application: perform a manicure and shape the free edge of the nail as desired. If using a remover, wipe off its residue with a damp cloth. 1. Degreasing: degrease the nail plate mechanically (with a buffer) and chemically (using PREPFINISH and a lint–free cloth. 2. Dehydration: apply NAIL FRESHER on the entire nail and allow it to dry in the air until a whitish tint appears on the nail plate surface. 3. Bonding: with a semi–dry brush, apply the acid–free primer ULTRABOND to the entire nail, staying 1mm away from the cuticle and side walls. Allow it to air dry for 15 seconds. 4. Base coat: apply a medium layer of base coat. Cure the base coat in the UV lamp for 2–3 minutes, or in the LED lamp for 60 seconds. For leveling the nail plate, we recommend using only low–acidity base coats. 5. Color: apply PASTEL GEL POLISH in 1–2 layers, avoiding excessive pressure on the brush. Cure in the UV lamp for 2 minutes, or in the LED lamp for 60 seconds. 6. Top coat: seal the coating with a top coat. Cure in the UV lamp for 2–3 minutes, or in the LED lamp for 1 minute. Allow the coating to cool completely. For leveling the nail plate with the top coat, we recommend using top coats with medium to thick consistency. PRO Tips: For a more even pastel shade, you can apply it over a camouflage or colored base of the same tone, or adjust the color on top using a camouflage top coat. When applying the pastel color, hold the brush parallel to the nail plate and work across the surface, avoiding pressure on the brush. Strict adherence to the gel polish application technology is the key to long–lasting manicures without chipping, cracking, or peeling.
