Prepare the nail plate for gel polish application: perform a manicure and shape the free edge of the nail. If using a remover, wipe away any residue with a damp cloth. 1. Degreasing: degrease the nail plate mechanically (using a buffer) and chemically (using PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe. 2. Dehydration: apply NAIL FRESHER on the entire nail and allow it to air dry until a whitish tint appears on the surface. 3. Bonding: using a semi–dry brush, apply the acid–free primer ULTRABOND to the entire nail, staying 1mm away from the cuticle and sidewalls. Let it air dry for 15 seconds. 4. Base coat: apply a uniform layer of base coat and cure in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in an LED lamp for 60–90 seconds. For arch alignment, we recommend using only low–acid bases over a dried foundation layer. 5. Color: apply GEL POLISH in 1–2 thin layers, avoiding excessive pressure on the brush. Cure each layer in a UV lamp for 2 minutes or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. 6. Top coat: seal with a top coat and cure in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. Allow the coating to cool completely. For architectural alignment with the top coat, we recommend using top coats of medium and thick consistency. PRO Tip: For bright and light gel polishes, to maintain shade richness, use a top coat with UV filters, while for dark and red colors, to prevent shade distortion, use a top coat without UV filters.
