Cat’s Eye mm–04 Magnetic Gel Polish – Chestnut Cat’s Eye gel polish is a nail coating that contains magnetic particles, creating a reflection resembling a cat’s eye. With a special magnetization technique, this gel polish produces shimmering effects on the nails, adding depth and dynamics to the manicure. It can be used as an eye–catching solid color or in various nail designs of different complexities. The Metal Glass collection consists of next–generation cat’s eye gel polishes that merge a glass base with fine magnetic particles. They are quick to magnetize and flexible. The silky texture of the gel polish allows for more variations in reflections. The collection features 17 deep and complex autumn–winter shades, whose diffused reflections resemble the sheen of liquid metal on the nails. When applied without a basecoat, they are perfect for Korean designs, creating a glass or wet nail effect. Applied over a colored base, they add depth to the coverage. APPLICATION OF CAT’S EYE GEL POLISH Application technique: 1–3 Preparation: Prepare the nail plate for gel application through standard manicure procedures: cleaning, degreasing, dehydrating, and bonding. 4. Base: Apply a medium layer of base coat. Cure the base under UV light for 2–3 minutes or under LED light for 60 seconds. 5. Design: Apply a layer of cat’s eye gel polish. Before curing, magnetize the reflection (you can use a regular magnet, a stronger magnet, or magnets of various shapes and sizes. Cure the gel polish under a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or under an LED lamp for 60 seconds. For a more intense effect, apply a second layer in the same manner. 6. Top: Seal the coat with a top coat. Cure under UV light for 2–3 minutes or under LED light for 1 minute. PRO TIP: IF THE REFLECTION DOES NOT TURN OUT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, SIMPLY BREAK UP THE PIGMENT WITH A BRUSH (MIMIC THE APPLICATION OF A GEL POLISH LAYER) AND START AGAIN.
