Prepare the nail plate for gel polish application: perform a manicure and shape the free edge of the nail. If using a remover, wipe away any residue with a damp cloth. 1. Degreasing: Degrease the nail plate mechanically (using a buffer) and chemically (using PREPFINISH and a lint–free cloth. 2. Dehydration: Apply NAIL FRESHER to the entire nail and allow it to air dry until a whitish hue appears on the surface. 3. Bonding: Using a semi–dry brush, apply the acid–free primer ULTRABOND over the entire nail, retreating 1mm from the cuticle and sidewalls. Let it air dry for 15 seconds. 4. Base coat: Apply a base coat evenly. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in an LED lamp for 60–90 seconds. For architectural leveling, it is recommended to use only low–acid bases over the dried substrate. 5. Color: Apply GEL POLISH in 1–2 thin layers, avoiding excessive pressure on the brush. Cure each layer in a UV lamp for 2 minutes or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. 6. Top coat: Seal with a top coat. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in an LED lamp for at least 60 seconds. Allow the coat to cool completely. For architectural leveling, it is recommended to use top coats with medium to thick consistency. PRO Tip: For light and bright gel polishes to maintain shade saturation, cover with a top coat containing UV filters, and for dark or red colors to prevent discoloration, use a top coat without UV filters.
