It provides a neat, even coverage of the nail plate in one or two layers, without flooding the cuticles and has no harsh smell. Due to its relatively thick consistency, the gel polish can be used not only as a standalone color but also for design work. It has an optimal curing time in UV/LED lamps. Prepare the nail plate before applying the gel polish: perform a manicure and shape the free edge of the nail. If using a remover, wipe off any residue with a damp cloth. 1. Degreasing: mechanically (using a buffer) and chemically (with PREPFINISH and a lint–free cloth) degrease the nail plate. 2. Dehydration: apply NAIL FRESHER to the entire nail and let it air dry until a whitish hue appears on the surface of the nail plate. 3. Bonding: with a semi–dry brush, apply the acid–free primer ULTRABOND to the entire nail, retreating 1mm from the cuticle and sidewalls. Let it air dry for 15 seconds. 4. Base layer: apply the base coat evenly. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in an LED lamp for 60–90 seconds. For architectural leveling, we recommend using only low–acid bases on the dry base layer. 5. Color: apply GEL POLISH in 1–2 thin layers, avoiding heavy pressure on the brush. Cure each layer in a UV lamp for 2 minutes or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. 6. Top coat: seal the coating with a top. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. Allow the coating to cool completely. For architectural leveling with the top coat, we recommend using tops with medium to thick consistency. PRO Tip: For light and bright gel polishes, cover with a top that has UV filters to maintain color saturation, and for dark and red colors, use a top without UV filters to prevent color distortion.
