One Drop Gel Nail Extension Gel in a vacuum pump jar is a clear, medium–thick gel designed for extending, strengthening, and correcting the architecture of nails of medium to long length. It is used for: – extensions on both forms – strengthening and correcting the architecture of nails as a solo product and in combination techniques with firmer polymer materials. Advantages of One Drop Gel: convenient medium–thick consistency, cold polymerization, natural shades. The main advantage is excellent self–leveling. The gel has a convenient medium–thick consistency, moderate thixotropy, and crystal clarity. It does not run or bubble during application. It absorbs pigments well for creating colored self–mixes. It is easy to use and store thanks to the vacuum dosing system: one push, one drop. The volume of the drop is adjustable by the pressure applied to the pump. Hardness: high. Viscosity: medium. Plasticity: low. Density: medium. Note that before use, the clear silicone protective cap must be removed from the pump. Application technique: 0. Prepare the nail plate: perform a manicure and shape the free edge of the nail. 1. Degreasing: degrease the nail mechanically (with a buffer) and chemically (with PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe. 2. Dehydration: apply NAIL FRESHER to the entire nail and let it dry in the air until a whitish hue appears on the surface. 3. Bonding: skip this step if using PRO BASE–BOND adhesive base. 4. Base coat: apply an even layer of PRO BASE–BOND base coat, ensuring to cover the side walls and free edge thoroughly. Cure the base coat in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. 5. Reinforcement: using a gel brush, apply a rubbing layer of gel over the entire nail surface, leaving a 1mm margin from the cuticle. Over the uncured gel, apply a second leveling layer, observing the basic principles of modeling with hard materials. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–4 minutes or in an LED lamp for 90 seconds. Remove the sticky residue with PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe. Use a 150/180 grit file to perform a step–by–step filing of the shape. PRO Tips: – to facilitate material application, use dual forms or gel tips – to prevent lifting from the free edge, it is recommended to file the natural nail from the inside by 1–2mm. For extensions: prepare/set forms one at a time on each finger. Apply a thin base of the desired length and shape directly onto the lower or upper form, and model the nail’s architecture with gel. To create an arch, you can hold the gel in place around the 7–12 second mark, depending on the lamp’s type and power. Next, send the nail into the lamp for full gel polymerization for 60 seconds in an LED lamp or 3–4 minutes in a UV lamp. Remove the sticky residue with PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe. Use a 150/180 file to perform a step–by–step filing of the shape. PRO tip: apply gel with a minimum 1mm margin from the cuticle to avoid lifting in that area.
