One Drop Gel – a medium–thick camouflaging gel for extension, strengthening, and architecture correction of medium and above–length nails. Used for: – Extending on forms (both upper and lower) – Strengthening and correcting nail architecture as a mono–product and in combined techniques with stronger polymer materials. Viscosity: Medium. Plasticity: Low. Density: Medium. Pigmentation: Medium. Application technology: 1. Prepare the nail plate: perform a manicure, shape the free edge of the nail as needed. 2. Degreasing: degrease the nail plate mechanically (with a buffer) and chemically (with PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe. 3. Dehydration: apply NAIL FRESHER to the entire nail, allowing it to dry until a whitish shade appears on the surface. 4. Bonding: skip this step when using the adhesive base PRO BASE–BOND. 5. Base layer: apply an even layer of the base coat PRO BASE–BOND, carefully capping the sides and free edge. Cure the base coat in a UV lamp for 2–3 mins, in an LED lamp for 60 secs. 6. Strengthening: with a gel brush, apply a rubbing layer of gel over the entire surface, leaving a 1mm gap from the cuticle. Over the uncured gel, apply a second leveling layer, following the fundamental principles of modeling with solid materials. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–4 mins, in an LED lamp for 90 secs. Remove the residual stickiness with PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe. Using a 150/180 grit file, perform stepwise filing of the shape. PRO tips: – For easier product application, you can use upper forms or gel tips. – To prevent lifting from the free edge, we recommend filing the natural nail from the inside by 1–2mm. Nail extension: prepare/set forms sequentially on each finger. Apply a thin substrate of the desired length and shape directly on the lower or upper form, then model the nail architecture with gel. To create an arch, you can push the gel at the 7–12 second mark, depending on the type and power of the lamp. Then, send the nail to the lamp for full gel polymerization for 60 seconds in an LED lamp or 3–4 minutes in a UV lamp. Remove residual stickiness with PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe. Use a 150/180 file to perform stepwise filing of the shapes. PRO tip: apply the gel with a minimum 1mm distance from the cuticle to avoid material lifting in this area.
