The ideally shaped telescopic brush provides neat and even coverage of the nail plate in one or two layers. It has optimal curing speed in UV/LED lamps. Due to its relatively thick consistency, PASTEL GEL POLISH can be used not only as a standalone coating but also for designs. Prepare the nail plate: perform a manicure and shape the free edge as desired. If using a remover, wipe away any residue with a damp cloth. 1. Degreasing: degrease the nail plate mechanically (with a buffer) and chemically (with PREPFINISH and a lint–free cloth. 2. Dehydration: apply NAIL FRESHER to the entire nail and let it air dry until a whitish hue appears on the surface. 3. Bonding: with a semi–dry brush, apply the acid–free primer ULTRABOND to the entire nail, retreating 1mm from the cuticle and sidewalls. Allow to air dry for 15 seconds. 4. Base coat: apply a medium layer of base coat. Cure the base coat in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes, or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. For leveling the nail plate, we recommend using only bases with low acidity. 5. Color: apply PASTEL GEL POLISH in 1–2 layers, avoiding excessive pressure on the brush. Cure in a UV lamp for 2 minutes, or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. 6. Top coat: seal the coverage with a top coat. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes, or in an LED lamp for 1 minute. Allow the coating to cool completely. For leveling the nail plate with the top coat, we recommend using top coats of medium to thick consistency. PRO tips: To achieve a more even pastel shade, you can apply it over a matching camouflage or colored base, or touch up the color with a camouflage top coat when applying the pastel hue. When applying pastel color, hold the brush parallel to the nail plate and work across the surface, avoiding pressure on the brush. Strict adherence to the gel polish application technique ensures long wear of the manicure without chips, cracks, or lifting.
