One Drop Gel is a medium–thick camouflage gel used for nail extension, reinforcement, and shaping for medium and longer nails. It can be utilized for: – extension on forms – reinforcement and shaping of nails as a monoproduct and in combination techniques with firmer polymer materials. Advantages of one Drop Gel: convenient medium–thick consistency, cold polymerization, natural shades. The main benefit is the product’s aesthetic appearance throughout its use. Hardness: High. Viscosity: Medium. Plasticity: Low. Density: Medium. Pigmentation: Medium. Application Technology: 0. Prepare the nail plate: perform a manicure, shape the free edge of the nail as necessary. 1. Degreasing: degrease the nail plate mechanically (using a buff) and chemically (using PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe. 2. Dehydration: apply NAIL FRESHER to the entire nail, allowing it to air dry until a whitish tint appears on the surface. 3. Bonding: skip this step if using the adhesive base PRO BASE–BOND. 4. Base coat: apply a uniform layer of the PRO BASE–BOND base coat, ensuring to cover the side walls and free edge thoroughly. Cure the base coat in a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes, or in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. 5. Reinforcement: with a gel brush, apply a thin layer of gel over the entire surface of the nail plate, keeping a 1mm distance from the cuticle. Apply a second leveling layer on top of the uncured gel, following the main principles of sculpting with solid materials. Cure in a UV lamp for 2–4 minutes or in an LED lamp for 90 seconds. Remove residual tackiness using PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe. Shape the form with a 150/180 grit file. PRO Tips: – to ease material application, you can use upper forms or gel tips – to prevent lifting from the free edge, we recommend filing the natural nail from the inside by 1–2mm. Extension: prepare/install forms sequentially on each finger. Apply a thin base of the desired length and shape directly on the lower or upper form, modeling the nail architecture with gel. To create an arch, you can gently pinch the gel at the 7–12 second mark, depending on the type and power of the lamp. Then place the nail in the lamp until the gel is fully cured for 60 seconds in an LED lamp or 3–4 minutes in a UV lamp. Remove residual tackiness with PREPFINISH and a lint–free wipe. Shape the form with a 150/180 grit file. PRO Tip: apply gel with a minimum 1mm distance from the cuticle to avoid lifting in this area.
